As a hypnotist, you're skilled at helping clients unlock the power of their subconscious minds, resolve conflicts, and release limiting beliefs. But what if you could deepen those results—addressing not just the mind, but the body, emotions, and spirit? Adding Integrative Kundalini Reiki (IKR) into your practice could amplify your impact, offering a more holistic approach. This powerful modality addresses the full spectrum of human experience, creating lasting transformation and providing a deeper experience for your clients.

What is Integrative Kundalini Reiki (IKR)?

IKR combines the universal life force energy of Reiki with the awakening and channeling of Integrative Kundalini Reiki energy. Kundalini is a spiritual energy, typically stored at the base of the spine, which, when awakened, rises through the chakras, fostering personal growth, health, and spiritual awareness. Reiki channels energy to restore balance in the body and mind.

By taking an Integrative Approach, you create a comprehensive approach that targets the Physical/Structural, Mental/Emotional, and Spiritual/Value System aspects of a client. This makes IKR an ideal complement to your hypnosis practice, as both work toward the common goal of facilitating lasting change.

Benefits of Integrating Kundalini Reiki into Your Hypnosis Practice

1. A Holistic Approach

While hypnosis works primarily with the subconscious mind, many clients carry energetic blockages that affect their health, emotions, and spirituality—issues hypnosis alone might not fully address. IKR works on the energetic level, clearing blockages and balancing the body’s energy systems. This process enhances your ability to help clients make lasting changes by allowing them to access their subconscious mind more freely and deeply.

2. Physical/Structural Health

Many clients seek hypnosis to support the Physical/Structural body like chronic pain or muscle tension, which may have emotional or energetic roots. Integrating IKR into your sessions can help release blockages within the body’s energy system, promoting the free flow of energy and facilitating physical health. By working alongside your hypnosis techniques, you can help clients experience greater physical well-being, whether their goals include pain management, weight loss, or overall health improvement.

3. Mental/Emotional Clarity

Mental/Emotional health is a key aspect of hypnosis, but some emotional blockages or unresolved trauma may benefit from a multi disciplinary approach alongside a hypnosis session. IKR helps clear these lingering emotional blocks by working on an energetic level, enabling clients to release negative emotions like fear, anger, guilt, or sadness. This deeper emotional approach enhances the effectiveness of your hypnosis work, helping clients achieve clearer mental states and greater emotional balance.

4. Spiritual/Value System Growth and Connection

Many clients turn to hypnosis to explore deeper spiritual insights or align with their higher selves. IKR energy is deeply connected to spiritual awakening, so you can help clients access higher states of consciousness. This facilitates a deeper connection to their purpose and the universe, supporting clients on their spiritual journeys. Whether they're seeking support in past-life issues or simply aiming to awaken inner wisdom, IKR provides profound spiritual benefits.

Tired of feeling stressed...helpless...sad...mad...exhausted?

What does it mean to use a truly integrative approach to healing...to growth...to living an exceptional life?

I like to imagine a three legged stool as it is frequently used as an example of extraordinary strength & stability. In integrative coaching, the three legs we are referring to are the physical/structural, mental/emotional and spiritual areas of development. In order to have the most stable foundation upon which to live an exceptional life, we must balance foundational health in each area and grow them simultaneously so as to maintain integrity.

In the physical/structural realm we begin with the shell. The physical body and your surroundings are addressed to provide stability. When we are in pain or chaos it is challenging enough just to “survive” let alone thrive! Areas of nutrition, movement, sleep, use of space, color, light and more are maximized.

Next we look to the mental/ emotional self, by reinforcing the foundational truth that you, and only you, control your mind. Your mind controls your body. So, to remain in health and happiness you must choose it...daily. For some of us, we must choose it hourly, and when facing great change, sometimes we must choose minute to minute... but choose it we must. Although willpower is the greatest force, it will not remain without reinforcement. Therefore, learning basic techniques to reinforce your healthy mind-body connections are essential.

Once you have the linear strength of uniting body and mind is when we must learn to lean on that which is intangible the most: spiritual truth. Maintaining and growing in faith is what completes one’s covenant with oneself. A strong intrapersonal communication is necessary for healthy, happy interpersonal relationships. Our covenant with others relies on a deep and powerful covenant with ourselves.

Consider working with an Integrative Life Coach one-on-one, in a group or online setting to optimize your path to healing, growth and living your best life.

Whether you're looking to learn a new trade, improve yourself personally or professionally or focus on self-help Sandra, and many others, will be there to guide you.

In order to continue growth and forward movement toward your best life and managing your energy, it is important to put into place four pillars that will support your success. The four S’s create what you need to make it easy to do what you want to do and focus on doing vs. wanting.

SMART Goals

Research is clear that our likelihood of being successful in attaining our goals is closely linked to whether or not we have SMART goals.

How do you know if your goal is SMART?  So… What makes them SMART?

S- SPECIFIC

In order to achieve a goal, it must be clear and well defined. Looking at the end of the journey, and being as detailed as possible will help to specify your goal. Vague goals lack direction and can't be measured.

M-Measurable

Being precise in the details of our goal including dates, times, frequency, quantity, etc. allows us to follow our progress and know when we have achieved our goal. This detail allows us to chart and celebrate our achievements along the way and motivates our actions.

A-Actionable

An action-oriented goal begins with a verb that directs us as to what we will do. It is essential that the language is present tense.

R-Realistic

By setting challenging yet realistic goals you will ensure building your self-confidence while working towards your goal and personal fulfillment upon reaching your goal. In order for it to really be achieved, it must be linked to a timeframe.

T-Time Bound

In order to increase urgency and increase your rate of achievement, your goals must be time sensitive. Working towards a deadline will ensure you reach your goals quickly.  Time bound goals are more specific, measurable, realistic, and push you to action.

SMART goals may be more challenging to write, but they are much easier to attain.

If you want to achieve your goals you must clearly state actions that are realistic.

Structure

Once you have a clear vision of your best life and have set SMART goals, creating an environment conducive to success is key. The structures you set in place for your environment will make it easy to do what you want to do.

Some environmental suggestions may be as simple as:

  • Having your kitchen full of the healthy foods you’d like to eat.
  • Having containers you like to use for fresh water at your desk, next to your bed, in your car, etc.
  • Having linens you love on your bed and proper lighting, blinds or colors in your bedroom.

Systems

Now that you have the structures in place it is important to set yourself up for success by placing things you need in your path.  Having no system is a really inefficient system!

Prepare in advance for each day, week, month or trip. Allow yourself to cruise on auto-pilot by having things ideally placed and ready to grab.

A few items you could have in our path might include:

  • Packing your workout clothes in your car for after work the night before.
  • Organize your desk for the next day before you leave your office at night.
  • Pre-plan and prep and pack your healthy meals so you can grab-and-go.

Schedule

Now that you have a great structure for yourself and systems to make it easy to do what you want to do, you need to plan ahead and actually schedule your best life.  It is easy to schedule work or family obligations, but to schedule time for you and time to do your prep work is essential!

Things we need to prioritize on our schedule and often forget:

  • Cleaning the house, doing laundry, grocery shopping, food prep, etc.
  • Time for prayer, meditation, self-hypnosis,listening to music, taking a walk, etc
  • Journaling, goal setting, list making, scheduling our day, week, month, trips, etc.

Once you have written your SMART Goals, taking time to create an environment full of structure, systems in your home and office, and scheduling or work and play are some of the easiest things we can do and they will provide some of the most profound effects on your success in learning to manage your own energy!
